The work includes, but is not limited to: rehabilitation of the Lake and Sneath Potable Water Pump Stations. Work includes, but is not limited to the mechanical piping, new HVAC new electrical and instrumentation, existing electrical/instrumentation improvements, building refurbishment and improvements to meet current codes, civil site improvements and new generators. There is a building addition at the Lake Pump Station. A temporary bypass pumping system is necessary. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
