Senior Center staff is available to assist and answer questions pertaining to senior health care, transportation, employment, respite care, tax assistance, social security insurance, home delivered meals, housing, and more. If you are homebound or know of someone who can use assistance or support, call the number listed above. There is no charge for this valuable service, but donations are accepted. Wise & Well Heartsmart Program

11:00-11:30 am
Last Friday of each Month
Each month the nurse will teach a "heart smart" or nutrition class. This is a free service for seniors 65+.

Blood Pressure Checks

Come have your blood pressure and BMI screened the last Friday of each month from 9:30-10:45 am. There is no charge for this service. This program is sponsored by Senior Focus, Mills-Peninsula Health Services and San Mateo County Aging & Adult Services.

Health Insurance Counseling

Call (800) 434-0222 to speak to our volunteer health insurance counselor who is available for Tuesday appointments. She will help answer your questions about long term care insurance, mental insurance claims, denial of payments, service, or legal assistance.
