Senior Center staff is available to assist and answer questions pertaining to senior health care, transportation, employment, respite care, tax assistance, social security insurance, home delivered meals, housing, and more. Each month the nurse will teach a "heart smart" or nutrition class. This is a free service for seniors 65+.
Come have your blood pressure and BMI screened the last Friday of each month from 9:30-10:45 am. There is no charge for this service. This program is sponsored by Senior Focus, Mills-Peninsula Health Services and San Mateo County Aging & Adult Services.
