COVID-19 Updates & Information

San Mateo County Health Officer Scott Morrow issued a new Order (No. c19-11, June 17, 2020) to align the County with the State of California, State Resiliency Roadmap. The new Order directs a limit of gatherings not to exceed 50 people, to allow social bubbles, to adhere to social distancing and face covering requirements, and social distancing protocols and safety plans for businesses. In response to the ongoing development of COVID-19, effective March 17, 2020, appointments are available for essential counter services at City Facilities. These changes include by-appointment-only essential services at the City public counters and temporary closure of several City facilities including City Hall, Senior Center, Recreation Center and Library. San Bruno after-school-programs and recreation events will remain closed until school sessions resume. All City Boards, Commissions and Committees meetings are also cancelled. Please note that Emergency Police, Fire, and Medical response services are not affected during this time.

City services are available by phone/email. Appointments are available for essential counter services at City Facilities. Please click here for a list of important City phone numbers to make appointments.
