The Assembly Room accommodates up to 250 people. Rental includes the use of tables and chairs, as well as the outside open air deck and performance stage. The chef's kitchen is also available at an additional cost.
•A completed facility rental application and security deposit are due together in order to reserve a date.
•Facility rental applications may be picked up at the San Bruno Senior Center or you may email SBCS@sanbruno.ca.gov to receive an electronic rental application.
•Non-Profits must provide a valid tax-ID number when submitting a completed facility rental application.
•Non-Profits selling alcohol will be required to obtain an alcohol permit through the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) - Form 221.
•A licensed security monitor may be required as determined by the San Bruno Police Department.
•Kitchen rentals include access to steam table, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Cookware and utensils are not provided.
•Final payments are due 30 days prior to the reservation date – We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and checks made payable to the “City of San Bruno.”
•Any cancellation of a facility reservation may result in a total or partial loss of security deposit. If cancellation is made at least six months in advance of reserved date, a full refund will be given. A cancellation is made 31-180 days in advance of reserved date, 50% of the rental deposit will be refunded. If a facility reservation is made or cancelled less than thirty days in advance of a reserved date, no refund will be given.
